During the winter of 2004/5, during a period of "professional inactivity", I was working on an emulator for my very first computer - the Ferranti Atlas 1.
It's not finished yet, but here's the help file if you're interested.
I've been working on it in fits and starts since returning to work but now I've retired, I've started work on it again.
The difficulties of simulating paper tape I/O are currently engaging me.
